Exploring the deep beauty and mystery of life.

Birth and death are our most profound life experiences - they are the “bookends” of life - And just as we need help coming into this world, we need help going out of this world.

Rachel walked through most of her life afraid of dying, full of questions about death, and fearful of losing the ones she loved. It was by providence (or happenstance - you decide) that she discovered the Conscious Dying Institute, where she graduated as an End-of-Life Doula in 2019. Through her studies, she found that when we contemplate instead of avoid, Death becomes a teacher and friend. Rachel is also a proud member of National Home Funeral Alliance and a firm believer in education and advocacy.

When we choose to normalize conversations around death and dying, the world is remarkably changed and cultural stigmas can shift. Please reach out for more information on how Rachel can support you and your loved ones.
